Positive: Could really use blackout drapes in the bedrooms. Rear lights are quite bright and the windows glow brightly all night. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. But will probably not return due to that issue. None of us slept well bc of the light!

Positive: It was clean. Nice amount of space and you can tell the host really thought about the guest experience because they were very thoughtful about what they stocked the house with.
Negative: The only thing I would have liked was curtains in the bedroom. It was very bright in the mornings.

Positive: It was ideal for walking to and from the Richmond Folk Festival and the James River. I lived in South Richmond for decades, but staying in Manchester was a slightly different perspective. Love the locally owned businesses within walking distance in a historic neighborhood that is both restored and redeveloped.
Negative: Can’t think of a thing. The cleaning and service fees drive up the cost, but it was still a good value and well worth it.
Summary: Great modern lodging in historic South Richmond neighborhood near the James River.

Positive: Great location. Close to great bars and resteraunts, only a few minutes drive into downtown. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
Negative: The propert across the street had some lighting issues in their parking lot, the lights would flash on and off all night. That was pretty annoying.
