Negative: Older home so I could hear everything the neighbors upstairs did but I was prepared for that based on the reviews.

Positive: We had the 2BR unit on the 1st floor. We brought our bikes, about 15 min downhill ride to downtown Richmond. There is a bar, pizza, and restaurant within a few min walk, a quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. I would stay here again

Positive: It was spacious, comfortable, and sparkling clean! A great place for my family and I to spend a few days. Street parking was super easy. The full kitchen was a real plus - as was the Keurig!
Negative: Given the building is old, the floors were a bit uneven. The railing on the front steps into the building could use some tightening.
Summary: Lovely, comfortable, spotless stay - great pick!

Positive: Convenient to local family. We basically only slept in this unit but were pleased with size of the bedrooms and cleanliness.
Negative: Unfortunately not much sound proofing - we experienced consistent noise from the upstairs unit, walking, talking, maybe washer/dryer or some exercising but it was all evening and early morning.

Positive: Very nice stay in a charming unit within the house. The porch is very cute and the kitchen was well-equipped.
Negative: There are multiple units in the house, and we could definitely hear the upstairs neighbors. But it wasn't a problem for us because we're used to having close city neighbors.
