Quiet Evergreen Retreat from $115!!
Nestled amidst beautiful pine trees in a private Cul De Sac.
Only ½ mile to scenic Maxwell Falls and Cub Creek Trailhead, close to historic downtown Evergreen which has a variety of restaurants, breweries, shopping, and lake activities. Red Rocks and Mount Evans are within a half hours’ drive!! Uber is now available.
The Space: this is the entire lower level of a beautiful mountain chalet, about 850 square feet, with complete seclusion and private access. The suite is set up for 2 guests, but can sleep 4 comfortably with our pull out sofa bed. The spacious bedroom suite has a king size bed with a private full bathroom. The brand new kitchen is equipped with a range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Also provided are a coffee maker and toaster. The sitting room has a formal dining room table as well as two sofa beds, a large 79” flat screen tv, and a beautiful gas fireplace to cozy up to after a long day in the mountains!! Private access is out of the sitting room area. We offer 200 Mbps internet speed.

Summary: We stayed 4 nights here and our stay was very relaxing and perfect! The scenery was beautiful in Evergreen! Udo, the owner, was very helpful prior to our stay and was immediate in our communication! The home was spotless and very well maintained! The huge TV was great and the king bed was nice! We had everything needed and we thank Udo for the wonderful time spent in his home!

Summary: My hubby and I needed a place to stay near our grandkids during Spring Break . I chose this place over others in Evergreen and we are so glad we did!! It was very nice and very reasonably priced. The King bed was so comfortable! Everything was just as pictured! It was more spacious than I expected! Super nice and comfy! Fireplace was a big plus! Beautiful views were also an added plus. The lighting was my husband’s favorite since he’s an electrician 😜 It has a warm, soothing feel at night. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: My best friend and I loved our stay in this beautiful property. The room had everything we needed, like towels, a mini fridge, dishes, and snacks. Everything was clean and nicely put. The views were amazing! This was my first time visiting Colorado, and all I can say is I'm glad it was Evergreen. We couldn't get enough of the snowy mountains. Overall I would recommend this room to anyone visiting Evergreen, Udo and Margarite were so sweet and caring! They made us feel very welcome.

Summary: The property was just what I needed. I was in transition from corporate housing until we settled on our house in a local town. Although I didn’t stay mini nights, my extended-stay was great. The property was clean for kitchen lovely sitting area and wonderful views. Access was easy even in winter and enjoyed the drive looking at the lights during the Christmas season. I would recommend this to anyone looking to be in the mountains but close to Evergreen.
