Summary: We brought some friends to see a concert in Red Rocks and stayed in Evergreen. Fantastic location close to the town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We had elk in the back yard so that was really neat to see! Would recommend and would define stay there again!

Summary: This is the best homeowner I've ever worked with. I asked many questions prior to and after arrival. All were met with prompt and helpful responses. We had some weather issues. The help I received regarding this was beyond what is expected. The space was perfect for our needs, though we were there for my son's wedding and did not get to enjoy all it's possibilities. I would love to rent this home again when I have more time to just hang out. It is cozy, usable and in quiet neighborhood in a beautiful location. It is close to everything you could want to do in the Denver area. Another reason I hope to return. The roads are well-kept and the home is equipped with the things one needs for a comfortable stay. It is close enough to shopping to be convenient. I cannot say enough good things about this house but, moreso, about the owner. Such kindness and supportiveness. I really believed she wanted us to have an excellent time and did what she needed to make that happen!!! Thank you so much! Your home was one of the main reasons our wedding experiences went smoothly and beautifully!!

Summary: The house size and location was perfect for our adult children, spouses and grandchild. Everyone had space and privacy. There are plenty of bathrooms too which is a plus. The outdoor space was wonderful and we used the new Weber grill and out door deck gas fire pit. It’s a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. The host was easy to work with and was quick to answer any questions. The lock box access key was easy and convenient. I would recommend this property if you are wanting to explore Evergreen, Pine, Idaho Springs, Georgetown and Morrison Colorado. Within an Hour to the Denver airport.

Summary: Our family had an extended (9 day) stay in the clean, spacious quiet mountain meadows home. We took advantage of the longer stay discount. It was a great place to entertain family up from Denver, as well as relax, spending a great deal of time out on the back deck and front porch rocking chairs, listening to a variety of birds or nothing at all! A nice surprise was on the couple of days it rained, the home has a under deck cover/drain system that allows you to still enjoy the outdoors with a full set of patio furniture there as well. Arden was a pleasure to work with and responsive, both before and during the rental. One of the best elements of the location is that it is an easy back way scenic drive into Breckinridge from here, avoiding the frequently backed up I-70.
