Summary: Property was exactly as advertised. Cozy, comfortable and very clean. Nicely decorated with wonderful farmhouse touches and nice bath and kitchen amenities. Owners were in touch by text and very responsive.

Summary: The house was nice and in a convenient location. I had two issues with the property. First, all the dishes were in the dishwasher. I asked the owner if they were clean. The owner’s response was “they should be”. We decided to wash the dishes we used since there were no dishwasher tabs. The second issue was with the tub shower. It drains extremely slowly, backing up and leaving soap scum and hair on your legs. I mentioned this to the owner and he said “we know, it drains slow”. So this property does not have two full bathrooms in my opinion.

Summary: The location was great, and the house fit the needs for our group of 5. We found a few problems: Dishwasher was not emptied from the previous guests, filtered water dispenser located on the refrigerator did not work, no extra trash bags, bathroom shower by the two smaller rooms did not drain well, the shower in the master bath was very small and the shower curtain rod was too low. The exterior of the house looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time.

Summary: We stayed in this beautiful and well equipped home for a week. We were visiting Newnan for a wedding. Kathy and George's home is just darling! It had everything that we needed for our extended stay. Their home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had two living rooms. The neighborhood was also very clean and well kept. We walked to the downtown area for great restaurants. Christy's for breakfast/lunch was delicious. We also had great Mexican food and the best pizza I've ever had. Really cute downtown area. Kathy and George could not have been more accommodating. Great hosts! Thank you! We will be back soon!

Summary: The place was just as advertised. Clean and lots of room. We stayed here while a family member had surgery at City of Hope and was in a good location. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: From the moment you arrive you feel cozy and at home. The inside doesn't disappoint in any way. The owners are lovely, responsive, and communicate wonderfully. The neighborhood is full of families and feels very comfortable. If you're an animal lover say hello to Cooper across the street, her owner is so sweet, and she loves a little treat. The home provides everything you could need or want. If we ever have to come back for business this would be the only place, we would ever want to stay.
