Summary: We came up for Blue White weekend, family group. House was a perfect fit, a nice place to relax the evening before, and before/after the game. Comfortable living room. Nice master suite. Small bit comfortable bedrooms. Roomy downstairs - nice space if your group needs/wants separate areas to gather. House is well equipped. As advertised. Nice outdoor space as well.

Summary: This propery was immaculate and cozy for our parents weekend. I was able to work in the master bedroom where they have a desk and a monitor. Looking forward to coming back prior to my daughter graduates in 2026!!!

Summary: My family stayed at this lovely house for a week in early March 2025 when we were in town visiting family. The house appears brand new and is in great shape. The kitchen is well-appointed and there is plenty of seating if you have guests over. We have four children and there was plenty of room for them to spread out, whether that be out back or downstairs. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a very short drive to Starbucks, Wegmans, and many good restaurants. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when we go back to visit family.

Summary: The property was perfect. My family stayed the weekend for a PSU football game and there was plenty to do in the area. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Garrett and his property highly enough.
