Summary: We did love the location of the property! However, the cleanliness and upkeep of the property fell short. Guest relations were very prompt with responses when contacted. We did have a short interaction with the cleaning lady upon her arrival, which confirmed that they don't "check" dishes or cabinet spaces during their cleaning process. I found that very unfortunate. Finding dirty dishes in cabinet spaces was very off putting.

Summary: The property was great with modern appliances. Lots of activities nearby with the beach of course! The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The smart tvs were a plus too. The only small setbacks are that some of the kitchen utensils had stains. The two bathrooms while nice were very small, and I’m 5’1 so if you’re a much bigger person it’ll be very cramped. The outdoor shower drain doesn’t drain and we weren’t given extra trash bags for trash cans. Overall would definitely recommend.

Summary: The house has everything you need. There were 6 of us - two grandparents, two parents and two children. The beds are comfortable and we really liked the playroom. The outdoor shower is great when you come back from the beach. It's about a 10-15 minute walk away. The Kennedy Space Center is 30 minutes away. It takes between 1 and 1 1/2 hours to get to Orlando and the amusement parks. We would definitely come back and can only recommend this house.

Summary: We had a great Christmas in Cocoa Beach! This house was perfect for our family’s needs, we loved the game room and the big open kitchen and family room. We brought Christmas decorations for our celebration, and it made it very homey. Would definitely stay here again! Great location in Cocoa Beach.
