Summary: The host made everything very simple and had everything available that was needed. The pack n play was very helpful during bedtime for our 1 year old, and was one less thing for us to cram into the car with 2 other kids. The house was clean and comfortable. It is very close to the Children's Museum of Memphis, which was a hit!

Summary: Older house in a safe (one of our concerns) quiet neighborhood. Nicely updated and really felt like home. Worked great for me, my wife and our dog during our three night stay. Comfortable bed, big fenced yard, shopping and dining within a mile of house, and within 15-20 minute drive to all the tourist spots in Memphis. One of the better VRBO homes we've rented and we really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Summary: We stay at a lot of vacation rentals and unfortunately, this was the worst experience to date. Upon arrival it was apparent that the property had not been prepared for our visit. The porches, entrances and driveway were blanketed with wet leaves blocking view of potential hazards (e.g., steps, curbs). This coupled with an undisclosed very narrow driveway entrance resulted in damage to our new SUV. Neither the host nor VRBO addressed our complaint of material misinformation and violation of VRBO’s booking with confidence guarantee even after our sending pictures and attempts at amicable communications. It was a missed opportunity for the host and VRBO to stand by their claims. Unfortunately, we will now have to pursue resolution with the help of outside counsel and involvement.
