Summary: We found a beautiful supported house. Clean, practical furniture and functional interieur. We had 3 absolut nice weeks and liked the central of the town / habour but also the silence of this area. Everytime again! Michaela & Axel

Summary: Maison agréable, très propre et bien équipée , spacieuse, réellement faite pour 4 personnes. Rien ne manque Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les pièces très lumineuses et le jardin (possibilité de s'y reposer, de prendre des bains de soleil et d'y déjeuner ou dîner) A la fois, très calme et à proximité des commerces. Proche également de la mer et des pistes cyclables nombreuses sur l'île : bien agréable, pour oublier les bouchons de la Région Parisienne. Cette location peut vraiment plaire à tous : couples jeunes ou plus âgés, avec ou sans enfants, des copains copines.................. Un accueil très chaleureux vous y sera, en plus, réservé par les propriétaires. Nous avons également eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique ( du 2 au 9 avril 2011), ce qui est souvent le cas sur l'île. Alain et Dominique ( plus de 50 ans habitant dans l'Essonne)

Summary: Nous avons passés un excéllent séjour dans cette location trés accueillante, spacieuse, propre, pratique, parfaitement localisée pour un séjour sans voiture. Trés bien équipé ce logement vous accueille pour un séjour sans surprise. Les propriétaires sont des gens formidables, trés sympathiques et vraiment soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires. Essayer cette location c'est l'adopter et nous seront les premiers à y retourner sans modération. Le prix est plus que j'ustifier, pas de surprises sauf le super état d'esprit des propriétaires. Encore merci à vous pour votre accueille et ce séjour dans votre location.

Summary: Charmante petite maison décorée avec gout où rien ne manque. Les extérieurs sont agréables et très calme (super barbecue très efficace ). Cela fait 2 ans que nous y passons un mois chaque été et nous pensons bien y retourner. Les propriétaires sont à la fois discrets, serviables et très sympas.

Summary: Une location grande, confortable, lumineuse, bien équipée dans un bel endroit calme et près de la mer. Nous avons aimé pouvoir profiter de la terrasse et du jardin. Nous avons surtout apprécié l'accueil particulièrement sympathique des propriétaires.

Summary: la location est très bien aménagée, calme et confortable. sa localisation permet d'accèder facilement à pied au centre ville de la cotinière. les propriétaires sont sympas et très accueillants. un endroit de charme à recommander à tous ceux qui veulent séjourner sur la merveilleuse île d'Oléron.

Summary: séjour agréable bien qu'il a fallu nettoyer le carrelage afin qu'il ne s'abime pas et balayer l'allée extérieur régulièrement. la salle de bain se résume en un couloir. de plus, l'électricité est en supplément alors que ce n'est pas précisé.
