Country house located in a remarkable hamlet made up of secondary residences at the foot of the mountain range of Vercors and close to Lake Monteynard.
The main building completely renovated by us includes:
on the ground floor:
- A large living room with open kitchen,
- a TV room that can be used as a bedroom (convertible sofa)
-a toilet
First floor:
- Four spacious bedrooms, one with sink and shower,
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and two basins,
- a toilet
A converted outbuilding:
-2 additional bedroom each decorated with a bathroom and a wc
The exteriors:
A large patio (summer kitchen) including a shaded area for dining.
At your disposal a barbecue area, a cabin and a trampoline for children, a ping pong table, a vegetable patch with seasonal vegetables (summer ...) ...

Summary: We loved the outdoor sitting area, with enough seats for all, the lovely large outside table for eating together, the barbecue with wood provided! the ping pong was fun, so was the large outside tub with very refreshing water. The beautiful view from everywhere... Maybe the most welcoming sign of all was the blackcurrants and redcurrants that were just ripe our week, and we could see all kinds of delicious fruit and vegetables that were or would be ready at another time, for another group of happy renters. The inside of the house was fresh and roomy, with everything needed to be happy and well. The 6 bedrooms, of which two are in a separate maisonnette, were nice and comfortable. The lake nearby was fantastic with a delicious breeze that lifted so many kite boards, we played beach volley there and had delicious invigorating swims. Vercors is peaceful and stimulating. We loved the place. It was easy to find good food to cook at the next village (car needed), the bread and the weekly market there is delicious. Only unpleasant event was the rash reception: we did not feel welcome, but that sentiment quickly faded away since the house was so nice and clean. We spent a happy lovely week together there, all three generations in our family were delighted. Thank you
