2-storey house located at the foot of the vineyards and at the end of the village of la Victoria de Acentejo in a very quiet area. The large terrace with its open position offers a magnificent view over the valley, the sea, the mountains and the Teide volcano, well protected, enjoy the sun in privacy all day.
A parking space is provided in front of the house.
Great tranquility and little traffic.
Access to the upper floor (bedroom 2, sub 2 and its terrace) is only by the outside staircase.
A person will welcome you and give you the keys as well as all the explanations concerning the house.
Regarding heating and domestic hot water, a 1.4m3 package is included in the rental price. The t° can be modified to your liking (explanations below the room thermostat). If the package is exceeded, compensation will be requested. The price per m3 corresponds to the market price.

Summary: The property looks exactly as advertised and the roof top terrace is wonderful for enjoying the views and catching the sun, however, probably due to the mountainside location and the cloudy climate, the main part of the house is damp and musty. We had to sleep in the single beds in the roof top annex because we just could not put up with the damp atmosphere in bedroom and lounge of the main house. We were also expecting to walk to the local restaurants and bars in the evening, but the hills are so steep that we did not bother. To give an example, our hire car could only get up the hills in second gear......and it struggled! All that said, the location is excellent and if you are super fit, the hills can be managed. Only a 10 minute drive into the main town of Puerto de la Cruz or the busy Botanica area where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops if thats what you want.

Summary: The house is well maintained with all facilities to feel at home. We found the two sun beds on upper terrace very useful. Several local restaurants with good quality and value. Small friendly supermarket nearby. A small car is needed for the area.

Summary: The setting is incredible - a terrace view of El Teide, the sea and Puerto de la Cruz. Easy ten min drive to Puerto. Lovely house with all necessary equipment and good speed wi fi. The drive to the Accom is v steep but fine in our hired seat Ibiza. We found a nice square in Victoria with a cafe, playground and suntrap to sit in. We loved playa jardin in Puerto. Easy hour’s drive on motorway to Siam park / aqualand / el medano. Only disadvantages for us with 4 and 7 year old kids - upstairs bedroom is accessed via outdoor stairs which could be perilous in the dark so we had the kids sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge o the same floor as the master bedroom. If your kids are older or more reliably asleep till after you wake (or you don’t have young children!) this wouldn’t be an issue. There is limited garden - gorgeous terrace with dining set and sun loungers and another balcony area and small table and chairs on the lower level but no lawn etc - again not a problem for us.

Summary: We really enjoyed our two week stay in the lovely house. The place is very quiet and a good spot to relax and enjoy northern tenerife in a peaceful way. There is a small balcony in front of the kitchen and a wonderful terrace on the top of the house (in front of the second bedroom), both with a brilliant view at the Teide and over the northern coast and the atlantic. Fantastic sunsets, btw. The only thing you need is a car - the roads are steep in northern tenerife and around the house. We have been there in march and it was not cold at all. The heaters are running automatically in the morning and evening hours, it was enough to keep the house warm and cozy. Everything was as described and clean. The w-lan worked well. Norma, who looks after the house and lives nearby, was very friendly and helpful.

Summary: The house has a fantastic view over the sea and the volcano El Teide and it was clean. Norma, the woman who received us and gave us the key, was kind and helpfull. The reason why I cannot recommend the house, at least in February, is that it was very cold (most of the time about 16-17 degrees) and humid. I could smell the humidity at once I entered the house. We could not decide when to put on the heat because there was a timer and it was only in function about 1 hour in the morning (from 8.30) and as a rule very short in the evening ( from 7.15). At night I had to cover me with a down jacket to keep me warm. These things meant a great deal at the experience of our holiday at Tenerife. We were disappointed because we had read the fine recommendations from the other guests. Therefore I will not recommend this house in winter.

Summary: "We have had a great holiday at the end of July this year. The house is well equipped according to the advertisement and is at a great location halfway a mountain hill between the vine yeards with a beautiful view from the terras on the roof towards the ocean and mount Teide. You have to rent a car to reach the location and to be able to visit all the beautiful locations on the island."

Summary: "This house is a wonderful choice for a holiday in Tenerife. The location is ideal (convenient to many locations), the local host is very helpful, and the house is well equipped. In particular, it's nice to be in a local town rather than in the midst of a tourist village. I would highly recommend this house to others: however, one should be aware that the house is on top of a very steep hill, which provides wonderful views of the sea and Mt. Teide and an opportunity to use the lower gears of your car".

Summary: "We had an excellent holiday here and the host contact was very friendly. Separate suite upstairs was great for our independant daughter. Supermarket in easy reach (east) and M-way convenient. Don't get a huge hire car to park more easily. We would have liked more time to explore the local town. Would go back again."

Summary: "Very nice apartment,well appointed and with great views over Puerto and the volcano. Upstairs bedroom (external staircase) nicely independent with own toilet/ shower and sitting area. Good for two couples or one couple who argue! We also liked the small town of La Victoria, outside of the main tourist areas."
