Summary: We loved our stay at Ron & Rita's place. The house was just perfect for our family. Location is great and close to Cornell University. The house was lovely and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Our fur baby loved the fenced background and enjoyed playing in it. Ron & Rita were very responsive hosts. Highly recommend their place!

Summary: Lovely spot. Nice and quite. Well appointed. Hosts are lovely. Would be nice if the house was better marked - it was a bit hard to figure out if we were at the correct place when arriving late at night in the snow. Had an issue with the heat turning on/off at odd hours but host was very responsive to helping get that fixed.

Summary: We had a perfect stay at Ron and Rita’s home over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is immaculately clean and furnished with all new appliances, bedding and towels. The kitchen has every utensil you could possibly need. We cooked a full Thanksgiving turkey dinner for three people. Ron and Rita are kind enough to allow pets. The house is set up perfectly for a pet with a fenced in backyard, tile floored kitchen and hardwood floors throughout. Ithaca and Cornell University are only a few minutes away. There’s a nice grocery store near by, and there are numerous hiking trails along Fall Creek as well as the Cayuga bike / hike trail only a 2 minute drive from the house. Ron and Rita were perfect hosts, this is easily one of the best experiences we’ve had with Vrbo. Their communication was on time and useful, they provided everything we could possibly need, the house and property were spotlessly, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. We hope to have the opportunity to stay with them many more times as we visit family in Ithaca.

Summary: We had a great time staying at this house. Everything was as described in the listing. The house was very conveniently located to Cornell campus. It had very well stocked kitchen and what was really nice both bedrooms had excellent mattresses, which is not always the case in vacation rental properties. Would highly recommend this place if you want to come to Ithaca.
