Summary: The cottage was very nice. It was well furnished and clean. There are two queen beds in the bedroom, but the sleeping arrangements in the living room are not the best for adults. It's basically a couch. The location is great, near Parsons Beach, Wells and Kennebunk. I would stay there again.

Summary: Our second annual girls trip. Our spot last year was taken so we tried this. It was definitely smaller than it seemed in pictures, but was beautifully taken care of and still had plenty of room for three adults.

Summary: This cabin was perfect. Beach access road was across the street. If you arrive earlier in the day, there’s parking at the nearly private beach across the street but it’s only about 1/3 of a mile walk if the handful of parking sites is full at that beach. It even has a porta potty at that beach. Driving to drake island beach was easy and had plenty of parking close if you’d rather be on a more crowded beach. Beds were comfortable, good kitchen and necessary supplies, and a nice bathroom and shower. The pool was nice along with cornhole game area and firepit which had firewood (just bring a fire starter log or fatwood!) We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The property was well designed, just about everything you’ll need for a long weekend. We stayed Thursday-Monday. Just enough cooking pots pans etc. for a family of four. Some of the tops were missing from the pots but we just put a pan on top so no problem. The shower was excellent plenty of hot water for all four of us, the beds were very comfortable. The couch was not so comfortable luckily my daughter brought a blowup Mattress to sleep on. The place was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We enjoyed ourselves very much it was a wonderful base for us to head north or south in Maine and to relax a couple days at Parsons Beach which is only a short walk. We loved it It will probably be back! Thank you very much!

Summary: The cottage that was online was not what I got. super crowded parking. No screens in sliding door,broken falling out screen on front door. cottage wasn’t ready at 3 pm per check in 2.5 hrs later was ready. TV only riki no cable to even see local news. no directions on how to use things. Would not recommend

Summary: The cottage itself is great! It is clean and equipped wonderfully. They maximized the space perfectly! The owners were super responsive which was greatly appreciated! It was also VERY dog friendly which we were worried about given that dogs aren’t allowed on the grass around the property. There is a specific fenced in area with doggie bags available for all guests which was awesome! Location wise, it couldn’t be better. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach down a quaint farm road! The only reason we wouldn’t say this house is five stars is the property that it is on. The view from the couch is a decrepit house that is in dire need of repairs. Behind the cottage area old fridges and junk. If you are able to look past this, then you’ll it here!

Summary: Fresh modern cottage#36. private deck. Double sink bathroom with jetted tub. Roku TV. Heating/cooling system. We went pre season, which works for us. Therefore, preseason work was being done on the property communal area. We loved Parsons Beach. Great food in the area. Responsive host. Highly recommend. There are 2 Queen beds on the bedroom and a pull out in the living area. Table for 5.

Summary: We loved this cottage! With our dog. Modern kitchen and bathroom with jacuzzi tub and 2 sinks. 2 double beds. Large table and Roku TV. Air conditioning and heat. Private deck with table and chairs. We went preseason, so we did not use any common ground areas, but walked to Parsons Beach every day with dog. Lots of restaurants and Nubble Light House near by. Will come again! Host was extremely responsive. Place was immaculate.
