Immersed in the woods, this Lake Ariel home boasts a large deck, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to shared amenities such as lakes, pools, a ski hill, golf courses and so much more! When you're not enjoying all the community amenities, spend your days skiing the slopes at Big Bear or soaking up the sun at Lake Ariel Beach
Upon arriving at the property, you'll immediately notice the front deck spans the entire length of the house with plenty of space to spread out, cook on the propane grill, or just hang out with family and friends. There are string lights that illuminate the deck for a beautiful evening full of laughter, love, dancing, and joy with family and friends that will make your followers on social media jealous. Once you walk in through the main entrance on the side, you'll go up the stairs to find an open floor plan on the left which flows seamlessly from the living room, with super high vaulted ceilings and a propane fireplace, to the dining room, with seating for 8 people and a ceiling fan for your comfort, to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a sliding patio door that's also there and it leads to the deck. Resist the urge to sit down as you've only just arrived and still have a lot to see!
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, a coffee maker, a toaster, and just about everything you'll need to whip up a full family-sized feast. Again, no pitstops as we still have a lot to see. Turn around from the kitchen and you'll see the dining area that has a beautiful country-style table big enough for that Thanksgiving feast and seating for up to 8, comfortably. Let's slide over to the living room where you'll see a brand-new sofa, as well as, a propane fireplace for those chilly nights and cool mornings. Also, in this space is a smart LED TV, so you can stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, and YouTube shows. Simply log in with your own account credentials and pull up your familiar lists (just remember to log out before you leave). Binge time!
But wait, there's more.... two rooms on the right of the staircase are bedrooms. One is an oversized master bedroom with a king-sized bed. This room also has a large open area that could double as an area for your crib or playpen (not provided) or an inflatable mattress (not provided). The other bedroom contains a full-size bed with plenty of closet space. This area also has access to the full bathroom (shower and tub).
Let's keep it moving. Still, plenty to see, so let's get comfortable, kick off your shoes and grab a glass of wine (or coffee/tea) and let's head downstairs.
Let's head down a flight of stairs where you'll arrive at the loft area with great views of the woods outside. In the loft, you'll find a super comfortable couch for sleeping or just hanging out away from the rest of the home, so grab a few books for you to read and hang. This area also contains a full-sized 8ft pool/billiards table that you can convert to a ping pong table. This is where you can have many heated matches with friends and family and there is also another smart TV so no one is bored. This level will surely entertain you and your group for hours on end. Loser does the dishes (jk, there's a dishwasher)! This area also has access to the 2nd bathroom, and 2 additional bedrooms. One with a queen-sized bed and another with 2 twin-sized beds. Each bedroom has closets as well as windows overlooking the sides of the home with nice views of the woods. Also, you'll find access to the laundry closet if you choose to do some laundry. In addition, in the lower level, there is access to the front yard with a fire pit, where you can start the fire, make some smores, stargaze, sing some bonfire songs, and/or tell some spooky stories!
Ok, back up to the main level, check your glass as you pass the kitchen area to see if you need a refill, and then let's head out to the deck.
This deck will surely entertain you and your group for hours on end. Turn on the string lights and hang out, laugh, dance, grill up some BBQ and enjoy the rest of your day. Turn on some music on the soundbar in the living room and it'll be loud enough to hear it from the deck, so don't forget to practice your dance moves before coming!
Plenty of other little details that we didn't mention here, but you'll definitely have a comfortable and complete home-like experience. The lakes are a stroll away, Brooks Lake is 3 minutes away and Roaming Woods Lake is 8 minutes away. And here's the bonus: As we mentioned, we're located in the award-winning, 4 season Hideout Community which comes with added perks! The Community enhances your enjoyment by providing excellent entertainment, and a plethora of amenities like golf, swimming (pools and lakes), rowboats, paddleboats, kayaks, fishing, tennis, basketball and so much more. There are also daily activities for the kids, an art center, clubhouse with more games, a gym, indoor tennis courts and basketball courts, fitness classes, a 2.7-mile nature walking trail, multiple parks with picnic tables and charcoal grills, and so much more! A few of these amenities bear a small daily use fee, usually under $5. You will not be bored!
Bottom line is, you'll see other homes in this community, but none that have thought of all the little details that we offer. You'll enjoy your stay in every way any season of the year.
