Summary: Rented the house for a fishing tournament. Having a private dock was great. Boat hoist was a plus. I will stay here again given the opportunity. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at the lake for a getaway

Summary: We spent a few days here in the heat of the summer. The place was clean, A/C worked great and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone (there were 4 in our party). We enjoyed the screened-in porch (although it does need a ceiling fan) and the patio. I would suggest that you bring your own outdoor chairs. The backyard and the lake views were great and we did a lot of fishing from the dock and the community dock down the street. There's a very nice park south of Yantis (WC Swearingen Recreation Area) where we went to watch the super moon come up over the lake. We had a great time here and will definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: Ours was a short stay, but perfect location for us. Attended a family reunion and several wanted to check out the place and will probably try to snag it next time. Didn't get to check the dock because weather made the yard soggy and storms kept us off the lake. So many stars at night it was beautiful.

Summary: The property is very clean, well maintained. We loved the screened in porch on the back overlooking spacious lawn and the lake. We walked out on the deck and that would be a fishing spot. Unfortunately, during our stay it was very windy and chilly. I hope we can come back and stay again.
