The main floor has a front covered porch with a partial view. The back of the property has a lawn off the covered furnished patio. There are three sleeping areas, 2 bedrooms two bathrooms and the lower level has washer dryer bathroom two entry's, wet bar and fireplace. Ample parking, private Sandy beach with large dock, lifeguard, sliding board into lake, Adirondack chairs and flotation devices are provided with out cost. The aesthetics of the home are a mix of cottage and modern furnishings with clean nice open floor concept. Please make an inquiry IF you are interested in reserving the property for a stay thank you. No Phishing or internet scams are to contact me. Minimum age to rent is 25, exceptions made upon request. Check in time is negotiable, arriving later than agreed time will result in additional charges per hour.

Summary: The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were there in late November but it made us want to come back and take advantage of all it has to offer when the weather is warmer.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The fire pit and back porch, along with the balcony off the main bedroom, were the highlights. It's just a short walk to a private beach on the lake, although you do have to cross a somewhat busy road to get to it. The house had everything we needed and the linensn blankets and beds were all clean and very comfy. We definitely plan on coming back next time our travels take us to Northeastern PA.

Summary: My family loves this house. There's more than enough room for four adults, two kids, and our dog. Amenities can't be beat. From the big screen tv to the washer and dryer to the outdoor spaces and so much more! The fact that we can walk to the beach is a real plus. Beth Ann is more than accommodating and always available by phone. We're already looking forward to summer 2025. Thank you Beth Ann!

Summary: This was our third time staying at this house. Each time it feels like home!! Plenty of space are for our family of 6. Recent upgrades such as new carpet and addition of upstairs bathroom have made this place even nicer. Great views. The lake and beach club are convenient. The front porch and back patio are perfect for relaxing and the house even has books and board games for use.
