Mountain Studio & POOL is the perfect romantic getaway and personal retreat. Be our guests and enjoy 10 acres on a mountaintop just 3 minutes from the town of Woodstock offering the best restaurants, hiking, biking, shopping, breweries & live MUSIC. It’s also a perfect place to work remotely. High speed Wifi. Perfect for couples, families & those who want a peaceful country vibe.
In the winter months enjoy skiing at one of the many ski mountains nearby and in the summer cool off in our in ground pool or many nearby swimming holes.
In spring come witness the beauty of nature’s rebirth as everything comes alive .
Hiking is fantastic.
Our Shared pool opens in mid- May .
Summer is magic on the mountaintop.
The sunsets & views are magnificent.
Town is alive with restaurants & music venues.
We are usually fully booked, so book early to get your dates. The pool is an oasis after a day’s hike & stroll through town.
The Studio sleeps 3 and is a cozy, clean and a light-filled hideaway designed for all-season comfort, relaxation and enjoyment.
Central location: 1-mile to downtown Woodstock/3 minute drive. Private deck with beautiful mountain views. Amazing wildlife on serene 10 acre property.

Summary: We loved our stay! It was a perfect get away, being in the middle of the woods with zero noise and a beautiful mountain view. Yet, less than a 1.5 miles from the center of Woodstock, with lots of cozy restaurants and other attractions. The property itself was very clean and well equipped. There was also a pool. It was so relaxing, we’ll definitely come back!

Summary: The studio and property far exceeded our expectations. It was perfect! We spent a long weekend in Woodstock and Carole & Ike’s studio was a great location (literally minutes from town) while still allowing us to enjoy the quiet vibes and beautiful views that Woodstock has to offer. We enjoyed some pool time on our arrival day before heading into town for dinner and a show. The studio itself was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. There was even yummy muffins for us. Carole & Ike were both lovely hosts. They had great recommendations for restaurants and entertainment and Ike has lots of Woodstock music history. We could’ve spent hours just chatting with them. We are already talking about our next trip back! Thank you Carole & Ike!

Summary: Our stay in Woodstock was generally positive. We liked the property's swimming pool and the peaceful environment. However, the cabin's furnishings were a bit shabby, without a working dresser we could use for our clothes, and with an old and noisy air conditioner that wouldn't allow us to sleep at night among other things. The very steep access road going uphill was unpaved, filled with potholes and rocks, and scary to drive on during rain; as well, it flattened one of our tires. So, we think the landlord could do much better as far as updating the furnishings and repaving the road for guests.

Summary: Cozy studio in a lovely setting. It was wonderful to get up in the morning and sit on the terrace taking in the beautiful view before heading into Woodstock and returning in the evening to relax with a glass of wine and watch the sky change colors.
