Summary: Patti's home was the best home I've rented. I'm super picky about cleanliness and I'm very reactive to strong chemical, mildew and musty smells. Patti's home was fresh and clean (without smelling like fragrant candles or strong air sprays). Everything was very tidy but also felt homey. The beds, linens, and towels all felt very clean and were very comfortable. She keeps humming bird feeders well stocked and we loved watching the hummingbirds out the kitchen and dining room windows. We hope to be back!

Summary: We stayed for 2 nights while attending a wedding in the area. We were pleasantly surprised when walking in the front door. We found the home to be very warm and welcoming. All the comforts of home! The beds were cozy and the sleeping arrangements suited us. Our adult daughter and special needs son were very comfortable. The diner across the road was very good for breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and we loved seeing all of the birds at the feeders. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks so much!

Summary: I can' t say enough good things about this house and host. Patti was a great host! She is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We don't often meet the host of the properties we have stayed at but we're so glad we got to meet and talk with Patti! The house is beautiful and is stocked with everything you could need for your stay! The location is very quiet and peaceful, even though it's across from a busy diner/store--you would never know it! It is close to Clayton and Alexandria Bay so that was convenient. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if we get back to the area. Thank you Patti!
