Positive: Great location, hosts were incredibly inviting and responsive. They had a cute welcome basket for us upon our arrival. The outdoor space was amazing. Everything needed to enjoy outdoor activities.
Negative: This is an older home. With that said, the master bedroom and bathroom door did not shut well. They were both very loud (creaking) and disruptive to those in the other rooms. Also, it's not two full bathrooms. It's 1.5. The master bed was not comfortable. It was incredibly firm. There was also an old smell on the pillows and bedding. I had to barrow a pillow from the other room because they smelled so bad. Just as feedback, I think an overall refresh of the bedding is needed. A comfortable bed would have changed the overall experience.

Positive: Excellent place to stay with lovely vibe and great location. The hosts were available and quick to respond to any issues, and the check in process was very smooth.
Negative: A small recommendation would be some blinds on the windows downstairs for guests using the sofa bed / exposure to the street (however, downstairs blinds seemed rare in the area anyway!)
