Summary: This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, lots of sunshine, good lighting, and well equiped with air conditioners in each room and the kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely a home away from home.

Summary: Nancy’s place was perfect for our weekend trip to Manchester for a concert. It was clean, the location was easy enough to get around Manchester, and the ACs in each room were great at keeping the place cool with the very hot temps this weekend. Nancy was also a pleasure to communicate with, always responding quickly and helpfully!

Summary: Apartment was overall well maintained. Some cleanup of the walls, and repairs of nicked paint on walls/floorboards would enhance overall aesthetic. Rugs in apartment were all dirty, couldn’t close the dorr in one of the bedrooms without folding back the rug. Kitchen furniture was all chipped. Beds were comfortable enough. apartment stayed cold because of multiple windo AC units still being installed at the end of November. Also windows were left open in multiple rooms when we arrived and they were ridiculously hard to close and lock the windows. we were never able to park in the spot that was allotted to us, because someone else was always parked there. I’m not sure the total number of apartments in the building, but parking was a pain. linens, and most essentials were provided which was nice. Stove in the kitchen was dirty, but we didn’t use it,so no big deal. Overall we were fairly happy with the apartment, It was just down the street from the SNHU arena which was nice, because we were in town for graduation. I did like that it was decorated for the holidays, added another special touch to the place. Would stay here again if we were ever back in NH.
