Summary: Loved the location. 20minish west of Denver, 30 min from Boulder, lots of great hikes near by. Very convenient with stores, a long walking/running path one block away. Susan was very accommodating and provided a pack and play for our little one. She was also super easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall we really enjoyed our trip!

Summary: This house was perfect for our family of six (four kids). There was enough room for all of us to break away when we needed to and the basement was a great space for that. Having a washer and dryer was a huge help. The location is fantastic and close to two major grocery stores with easy access to many other things. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The space in the backyard was great for the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed building their first snowman! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Summary: We enjoyed the 2 living quarters. 2 bedrooms on main floor, one on lower level. Nice glassed in patio. Grandkids enjoyed playing in the back yard.

Summary: When we arrived it was very evident the previous tenant had smoked in the house. The owner worked with me in ratifying the situation and had an air purifier shipped from Amazon and I also picked one up at Target. It took a while to rid the smell but was thankful the air purifiers were doing their job.

Summary: Our family stayed for a long weekend for our son's wedding. The house was perfect. It was clean and neatly maintained. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the basement room was a bonus. The large screened in porch was a nice asset. The location was perfect not far from downtown Denver. We would definetly stay here again.
