Summary: We spent 5 nights at Lauran's vacation house and had a wonderful stay. The home is in a lovely neighborhood that's perfect for walks, and the location is very convenient for exploring different attractions in Colorado. The beautiful views and nearby activities made our trip even more enjoyable. A highlight for the kids was the backyard rabbit house—they loved spotting rabbits every day. Overall, it was a great place for a family vacation.

Summary: The host left us a snack basket with a personalized lovely welcome card. We weren’t there long, but the outdoor spaces were relaxing and the beds were clean and comfortable. The home had lots of space and felt like a home away from home.

Summary: We had family members ranging from 18 up to 80 years on this trip. The hosts were awesome and responded to queries with in few minutes. The amenities are plenty and we used the porch, fireplace and hot tub frequently. The only suggestion for improvement would be for a powder room. Over-all the location and surrounding options are perfect.

Summary: We really enjoyed this home. There are lots of rooms for everyone to spread out and have there own space. There are also great space to come together. We hing out by the fire, on the outside patio table, at the dinning table in the living room and watched a movie in the basement living room. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and watching the neighborhood bunnies running around the yard! The outside yard games were fun too. Would recommend this stay.

Summary: We had friends come in from out of town and needed a bigger place so we decided to stay here. The house was beautiful everything was comfortable and clean and soft. There was enough room for everyone to relax. They were quiet places if you needed to get away. The house was overall absolutely fantastic
