Summary: We stayed for several days to visit family. Had a wonderful get-together on Saturday. The house was perfect for handling siblings, children and grandchildren. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, up-to-date, and wonderfully spacious. Our host fantastic—responsive and helpful.

Summary: We absolutely loved the house. There was more than enough room for 4 of us and 2 large dogs. The entire house has been renovated beautifully. The old charm is still there along with the modern conveniences. We too could hear the traffic noise but after a couple days it faded into the background. Kayla was so accessible and accommodated our schedule changes. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: The home was very nice and spacious with everything we needed. The home is situated only a few feet from a busy road with tons of traffic throughout the night. There are also residents attached to the rear of the home but that wasn’t an issue. Unfortunately the flies were out of control and we spent so much time killing them. Wished the description of the location would have been better. All in all an ok stay.

Summary: Loved the house, great size, well appointed. Great for the local area including Southern NH and eastern Ma and ME. Was surprised there was another person occupying a separate area of the house. Lots of road noise. The host was very responsive.

Summary: We were in town for a wedding in Groton, MA and found this farmhouse to stay at for a couple of days. This place is beautiful and very clean! We had 2 18 month olds with us and they had plenty of room to run around. The host was very easy to communicate with and her recommendations for things to do/places to eat were phenomenal! Close to grocery store, pizza, gas, etc. Only thing is the home is right along a busy road. It can get noisy with the traffic and the first floor bedroom can get bright when sleeping with the headlights blaring in. Not a dealbreaker at all! We would stay here again!
