Summary: This is an excellent new townhome with a fully fitted out kitchen, comfortable bed and easy street parking. The host was easy to get in contact with and the internet was smoking fast. The walk to the Merivale Mall and the great restaurants is very easy. You can either walk the 3.5 KM downtown or catch the bus at the stop 3 minutes from the unit. The bus does take cash if you don't have the transit card. The only suggestion is to have an outdoor BBQ to be able to grill the awesome meat available in NZ.
