Summary: This was a great place for me and my two adult kids to stay. It had everything we needed for a weekend visit, it has been tastefully renovated with an excellent kitchen, living/dining area and two modern bathrooms with fantastic water pressure in the showers. It has a great location just a 1-2 minute walk to Merivale Mall and several restaurants, and close to the bus service on Papanui Road. This unit has a nice private area for al fresco dining in summer. I recommend this place and would happily stay there again.

Summary: The property was well situated with excellent restaurants and coffee, a very short walk away along with takeaways within walking and short driving distance. Exclusive shopping if that’s what you want also available close by. The house itself was warmed from the sun during the day and heat pump at night. Comfy beds and great hot showers. Highly recommend a stay here…

Summary: Property is very well located, with only a short walk to the Merivale Mall and also quite close to the city. It was quiet and comfortable. Our host, was easy to communicate with and responsive to our requests. This apartment was fine for the two of us, and would probably be okay for up to 4 people, though the bedrooms are small and lack storage space. The front deck is lovely on a sunny day. The flat was quite well equipped and we appreciated the provision of things like shampoo, and washing powder. Opportunities for improvement would be: - upgrading the linen which was clean but well worn. - the reverse cycle heat pump is too small and struggled to keep the place warm on cold days. - the flat was relatively clean but had a bit of a dusty/ musty odour initially. - instructions in the flat are minimal, and don't cover things like, how to use the washing machine, and dishwasher, and when to put out the rubbish bins.
