Electricity and heating included. 1.5 km from the Dordogne Valley (swimming and fishing), gîte surrounded by woods and meadows with free access, no enclosed grounds on the property which is accessed by a private road. This old house still has its traditional wooden floors upstairs, which were "singing" during our stay. During your stay, the owner organizes a gourmet aperitif to share with her guests good addresses and tips for visits...which are numerous in the Périgord Noir (castles, villages, some of which are classified among the "most beautiful villages in France," gardens, etc.). 18 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage.
