Summary: It was a wonderful stay! Everything matched the pictures The space was bigger than expected and there was alot of complimentary things that came with stay. Our only problem was the heat it did not heat up til the 2nd day of our stay but it was fine we lit one of the fireplaces. I would recommend this place a 1000x over .

Summary: When the family and i arrived at the property, we were blown away. We highly recommend this listing. Host was available throughout the entire time. Host went so far as to leave us a gift at the kitchen counter. We really appreciate it that. I would love to return here for another amazing amd well deserved family time.

Summary: The house was just as described. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property was tucked away, yet not too far from skiing and convenient stores. We would def come back.

Summary: The house was big and the pool table was great for the group. The house is not as updated as the photos show. We book the space in February for a stay in August, but many undesirable changes were made in the listing in the interim. On of the bathrooms upstairs did not have a working shower, so it was unusable. The shower on the first floor leaked so badly into the room that we had to get property manager to send in a repair person. The repair wasn’t good as it still continued to leak. The kitchen and dining areas are big and great for the group to hang around - lots of countertop space. I wish the kitchen had more basic kitchen items like pepper or oil. They did have many wine glasses and plates and cutlery for dining. The pool table and many lounging spaces helped the group host activities but still be separate if needed. The pool was a major selling point when booking but it was disappointing. The initial listing stated we could pay to have it heated, so we paid the extra. A few days before arrival, we saw the new listing say no heated pool. When we reached out to the management company they provided a refund. The pool was green and foggy on arrival. We were told that it was due to the rain the day before. The pool didn’t look safe to enter so we did not go in. This was a major bummer because we rented the space to spend time there. The outdoor covered eating space was great to enjoy and the fire pit got lots of use. The gas grill did not have gas. We contacted the property manager and they didn’t know where to get gas and didn’t offer to replenish. We had to buy our own gas cylinder. Additionally, the coal grill didn’t come with coal, so we also had to find a store to buy coal. We have stayed at other homes and these amenities (coal and gas) were provided. Otherwise, we should have been told to bring our own, we were left scrambling when the gas went out in the middle of cooking. With all the disappointments with the home, we left the rental early.

Summary: The size of the home is perfect for more than 10 people. The outdoor area was beautiful, but it needs more light for nighttime. Everything was cleaning and organized. Music does not bother the neighbors. My family and I enjoy the home.

Summary: The house was big enough to fit the 10 guests I had, however things are more run down than the pictures show. For instance, the outdoor patio doors do not lock, (door handles are broken) the dishwasher does not work, some light switches were broken, tiles were not safe in front of home. In addition, we rented this place solely for the pool and outdoor areas. Unfortunately the pool was very foggy and filled with chemicals (11 chlorine tablets upon arrival) so we didn’t feel safe using the pool. However the space itself was big enough to host my guests, there was enough room for guests to feel comfortable and the fire pit was a great touch. Please also add the house numbers in front of the home because you can’t tell from the street if this is the home!

Summary: Long review alert..... This house was completely dirty. Every area of the house was not clean. From the moment I walked in I was disappointed. See below just some examples of the nightmare we called home for the weekend: 1. Mouse turds on the table and floor in living room. 2. Roach like bugs crawling around in the house. 3. Kitchen was dirty- grease on stove and cabinets, all dishes and kitchen items were dirty. 4. 2nd Living room has no cable and you must sign in to Netflix or other app. It took us a while to even find the remote. Don't look in the couch as it was disgusting. 5. All furniture had crumbs and stains 6. Master bedroom had broken bed and was completely uncomfortable. 7. Bathrooms were dirty and had muddy boot tracks all on the floors. 8. House smelled old and like mildew. 9. Laundry area and bathroom downstairs has mold and mildew. The smell was horrible and unbearable. 10. Outside steps are not stable. Someone could really hurt themselves. 11. All 3 grills outside were disgusting. old food left on them and grease everywhere. The doors come off when you try to even open the grill at the bottom. 12. Firepit area is not as pictured. 13. All outside furniture was filthy. You couldn’t even sit down without cleaning first. 14. Pool area was what we looked forward to most. It had a film covering the water and it was no useable. When we complained we were told it was cleaned and someone would come by to clean the next day. No one showed. We cleaned the pool just so that we could use it. We were also told pool could be heated and that was a lie. False advertisement at its finest. The pool was also not lit. Lights didn’t work so it was dark in the pool area. 15. All windows and doors were unlocked and AC units can be pulled right out of the windows so that an intruder could enter the house. 16. THE HOUSE IS NOT WELL MAINTAINED AND PICTURES ARE FALSELY ADVERTISED. THE HOUSE DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT IS SHOWN. For what we paid it was ridiculous. If you would like pictures and videos please email [email address hidden] and I will gladly send them. The worst part is the owner tried to bribe me when I asked if we could check out late. She said if I didn’t leave a bad review we could. Our first big family vacation was not at all what we expected. I do not recommend this property unless they make major changes to it. You will be disappointed for the money you’re spending.

Summary: Kitchen tools/supplies were dirty. Coffee maker has insane gross mold growing in it. Def needs to be thrown out. Dishwasher falls out if you pull out both racks. House is much older and run down than photos. Screws sticking out of floor upstairs where flow meets the stairs be careful. Beds/pillow weren’t very comfortable, 3/6 people had neck pain after the first night. BUT!!! The property was big, had plenty of space, had the amenities listed, and LOTS of fire wood which was amazing. We had the fireplace going every night. WiFi was fast and worked throughout the entire house. Driveway and walkway was salted and shoveled (thank you so much for that) the space was great for what we needed. Would have been perfect with a little more TLC. This space has so much potential. PLEASE GET A NEW COFFEE MAKER.

Summary: Booked a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom property. Below are the pros and cons (would have attached pictures but no option to do so): - It had snowed a week back, but the owner did not have the driveway cleared properly, causing an issue for the car to go uphill - Property was dirty with areas not being cleaned properly (shocking in times of COVID). Contacted the property manager who connected us to a rude cleaner who was unwilling to help (sofa had food crumbs, toilet paper had dirt, coffee tables had sticky stains, bathroom drawer had spider and spider webs, extra linens and towels were stuffed in closets and dryer) - Of the 3 bathrooms, one of the bathrooms did not had a functioning shower. On confrontation the owner simply pointed to an updated booking page with that mentioned (this was not mentioned previously). So effectively was a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house - Advertised 2 fireplaces, one of which was not working Pros: - Spacious property People renting should be aware and not go by the pictures put on the website. One should not be paying an insane amount for this and receive it in the condition we did. Owner and property managers are extremely unapologetic and Evolve could not do much to rectify the situation either.
