3 Bedroom Apartment in Saylorsburg

3-bedroom 2 full-bath log-sided home with hot tub overlooking the valley. Now available. $4500 month. Main level of home. Close to all ski venues, Appalachian Trail Heads, Shopping, Restaurants, Beltzville Lake but still very private. Option to include cleaning service. Main level of home only. Does not include basement. 3 month minimum.
Gas Fireplace along with wood burning stove.
Bring the horses for an extra $20 a horse a night. We have 10 12 x 12 stalls overlooking 150 x 300 outdoor riding ring or if you prefer trails, a short drive. Need to verify availability of stalls. House rental is separate from barn.
Many activities in the area. Blue Ridge Winery 1 block away, Cherry Valley a short distance. The home is a short drive to Blue Mountain Ski Resort, Camelback Mountain Resort, Kalihari, Pocono Rodeo, Tannersville Outlets, Apalachian Trail, short drive to Mount Airy Lodge and Sands Casino.
Walking trails throughout property. Much wildlife. Deer, fox, bear, turkey.
Great rental for summer and Ski season in winter.

Summary: The house is well laid out. Three bedrooms and 2 baths made it very convenient and livable. The kitchen is big and the living space is cozy. The deck has an amazing view for sunsets and the hot tub is a very nice escape. The area is quiet but there are stores, restaurants, and a great winery all less than ten minutes away.

Summary: My husband and I rented this house for the months of January and February for proximity to Blue mountain on the weekends. The house was nice and clean with all the amenities needed. Kelly was very responsive to questions during our stay.

Summary: This property is amazing to disconnect but not disconnect. It is absolutely serene and quiet out there, but close enough to attractions (20mins) that you can still have a blast. The horses don't the property made my children's day. Kelly was absolutely fantastic with quickly responding to any questions I had and very accommodating. I truly wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be coming back for a visit.

Summary: The house is absolutely immaculate and well appointed. We had everything we needed to make thanksgiving dinner. Fenced in yard is wonderful for dogs. Lovely views.
