Summary: The cottage was perfect. It says shared pool but it’s all yours, aspects of the garden are in the sun all day, our hosts were also amazing, honestly cannot recommend it enough

Summary: Yvette and Alain were very friendly and welcoming the moment we arrived with tapenade and chilled wine waiting for us in the fridge. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. Sitting on the patio with our morning cup of coffee was bliss as we listened to the village bells and beautiful bird song. The swimming pool was for our sole use in close proximity to the cottage just next to Alain and Yvette's house. There is a lovely market in Uzes on Saturday only 15-20 minutes away by car. Also enjoyed a lovely freshly made pizza from La Petite Tomate which is in Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, also only 15 minutes away by car. Cottage Cigalon is a great place to stay.

Summary: It's a lovely place with every modern convenience but in a stone structure that is very appropriate for the locale. We couldn't tell whether the structure itself was old or new. Lovely patio. Lots of beauty nearby--villages and fields.

Summary: Alain and Yvette are wonderful hosts who made us so welcome. The house is perfect- prwerty, quiet comfortable and cosy. Great outside space with comfy hammocks, sun loungers and a lovely pool to Cool off on hot afternoons. We loved it

Summary: This is certainly a property we will never forget. The house was so warm and comfortable and the experience priceless. Yvette and Alain were perfect hosts. They made you feel like family.

Summary: Alain and Yevette's gite is amazing. The outdoor space makes the property twice as large as the house itself. My wife and I enjoyed the patio where we ate all of our meals and the hammocks were a must each afternoon following our outings...very relaxing. Their pool is very nice and my wife enjoyed the lounges by the pool to lay out in the sun. The owners are very thoughtful as they prepared us treats and gave us eggs from their chickens. Summary: We were met and shown the way to the cottage by simply delightful hosts who treated us like royalty, right down to the welcome gift of champagne and tapenades! The cottage was beautifully situated, private, amongst trees with a little view of the village of Pougnadoresse. The bed was very comfortable and we had all we needed. Unfortunately the local restaurant was closed for the season so eating out was a car ride away. However, the kitchen was well set up and we could cook there. Some basic supplies would be helpful eg oil, tea, coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and explored a truly lovely and unspoiled part of the South of France. Win and Alf, New Zealand
