Beautiful and cozy, yet very roomy home on a small, quiet lake just 8 miles from Phelps, Wisconsin.
This welcoming home is 1 mile over the Michigan border on HWY 17, east of the town of Phelps. It lies halfway between Eagle River, Wisconsin and Iron River, Michigan. It's bursting with everything you love about the Northwoods.
You will love the large inviting living room with knotty pine paneling and gorgeous view of the lake. The kitchen is large with everything you could possibly need for preparing meals. You will enjoy the convenience of an ice maker and dishwasher.
Everyone loves the bright, airy attic with a fun game table and peaceful sitting area. There is a nice deck and a pier for relaxation while enjoying the scenery of the sparkling water and woods across the lake, as well as the loon family that returns every year.
