Summary: Travelled to Paris to attend the 2024 Paralympics and found this property on VRBO. Very reasonably priced, clean, and perfect for just me. Pretty much only used it to sleep and shower. Check in had a few things that I chalk up to be met by someone other than the owner, who was unable to meet me due to celebrating her birthday (Happy Birthday, Agnes!). I didn't pick up how to get into the building (key fob proximity sensor), and had to ask how to flush the electric toilet and get the TV to work. Agnes was very responsive to my every question, even offering to meet me there and show me how things worked. The space is very small (not a problem for 1 or 2 people) and not at all fancy. I would call it utilitarian, but perfect for me. As is the case with most homes, there is no air condidtioning, and being as this studio is on the top floor, it was quite warm there when I would first arrive. I was able to open both windows and place a fan in the window to draw in the cool air, so it was quite comfortable after a few minutes. Small kitchenette with 2 burner stovetop, microwave and mini refrigerator was just right for getting myself breakfast. Wonderful bakery and coffee shop across the street called Copains. About 5 minute walk to either of 2 metro stops. Overall, other than Team USA wheelchair rugby losing the gold medal match against Japan, my stay was WONDERFUL, and I would go back again, given the chance. Agnes is a wonderful host!

Summary: This property has everything you need, and is in a great location. Quiet, safe and comfortable. Not luxurious; but has all the basic amenities you need for this price range. Owner was very responsive!

Summary: Great spot for a Vrbo in the middle of everything in St. Germaine. Everything that you need - coffe/nespresso maker, hot water and fridge were available. Bed was very comfortable. Safe location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Elevator. Only one short flight of stairs to walk up. Agnes is great!

Summary: Very quiet and secure. Neighborhood great. Walking distance to the Orsay, the Cluny, the maillol, the Luxembourg, and a bridge away from the Tuileries and the louvre. Great restaurants, among them the iconic Deux Magots, Leon’s for mussels, and one of the best Japanese restaurants in Paris, Yen. In my seventies, I did have trouble on the last short stretch. Of stairs after the elevator.

Summary: This studio apartment was perfect for my partner and me. We had everything we needed for a full week's stay and were able to cook dinner in the kitchenette each night. The apartment is cute and very clean. Agnes was a wonderful host. She accommodated our needs along with our schedule and was quick to reply to any questions we had. As for the location, it's a 5-10 minute walk to find food and it's right in the middle of a high-end shopping district. Compared to other places I've stayed in Paris, the streets are very quiet and it was easy to sleep with the windows open. Overall, this studio is perfect for two people and the location is amazing! And the elevator is an awesome bonus that shouldn't be overlooked. We would absolutely come back here to stay again.

Summary: Great location in Saint-Germain-des-Près. Close to a few metro lines, restaurants, and shopping areas. Felt very safe walking at day or night. Very clean apartment! The windows face inwards towards other apartments/plaza area so it's pretty quiet, except the occasional police car siren. We kept the windows open at night and it would stay pretty warm in mid June (outside was may 65-70 and sometimes raining and inside would be warmer). There is a heater but we didn't use it. I am not sure if there was air conditioning as I didn't look for it. Wifi was good. We didn't see the swimming pool and Agnes didn't show it to us but we also didn't look for it since we were there to see Paris. Never used the TV so no comment on that. Elevator was helpful for luggage and after a tiring day of walking. Apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator takes you up to the 4th floor so you still have a few more steps. Great place, would recommend!
