Summary: The property did not meet expectations. It was very dark, the furnishings were poor and now I know why there was no photo of the bathroom. The oven was filthy, kitchen poorly outfitted. The host claimed it was only 79 a night intimating I should be happy with what I got.

Summary: The experience was good. Good location easy to book, Good Communication. Cleanliness was a bit lacking. A lot of fruit flies.

Summary: It was, as advertised, an older building. It was spacious, easy to cool with ceiling fans and window air conditioners. Its close proximity to the city park and walkability to cafes and small shops was a plus for me. Stairs, as advertised, were quite steep, narrow, and there were 23 steps, so I would take that under advisement if one has breathing or even minor mobility issues. Hosts were just getting started w/ this new enterprise; therefore, there were a few glitches that the hosts were working quite diligently to remedy.
