This charming villa was renovated in 2012. It is fully equipped, including WiFi. It is located right above the Mormoiron village with all facilities, 5min walk. Nice view on the Ventoux and the surroundings hills.
The house has 4 bedrooms:1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom (shower, sink, WC); 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds; 1 bedroom with bunk bed. 1 large additional bathroom with bath, WC, sink. 1 separated WC. Open kitchen on dining room, direct access to terrace with built-in BBQ. Living room with TV and piano.
There are several terraces, protected from the wind. Therefore it is possible to eat outside at any season.
The swimming pool is 4m x 8m and is heated (28°C) with floating alarm. The swimming pool is open from May to September.
Several bikes can be stored in the big washing. Private parking. Quiet dead-end street.

Summary: Great welcome from Laurence and Patrice. The house is well equipped, with 3 good sized double bedrooms and bunk beds in a 4th. Mormoiron is a quiet but pretty village with bar, boulangerie and epicerie.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at the villa in Mormoiron! It was the perfect place for us to stay during all the festivities of a friend's wedding. We were able to explore the nearby villages and enjoy everything the area has to offer! The wood burning barbecue stove was an unexpected perk. Thank you Francois and Lawrence for taking good care of us. 😊 We will definitely be back!

Summary: it is a great place- very cosy, clean, well equiped and a great style. you have a great view into the countryside but still close enough to get fresh croisants in the morning from the bakery:)) we came back year after year!

Summary: The house is wonderful, nice interior style, cosy, well equipped and very clean. The view from the house is goergous and there is lots to do around Mormoiron. We came back year after year and still love it. The owner is easy to communicate and very plesant.

Summary: Very nice house in a beautiful village. The children loved the pool; the grown ups enjoyed the ability to cook and barbecue and eat under the starlight. Very helpful owner. We highly recommend this property and would be delighted to return.

A very complete kitchen were I felt at home. Also important to us is the good quality of the beds. In the garden a heated pool, to relax and play.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in the little village Mormoiron, with a spectaculair view at the Mont Ventoux. Around the house as well as inside there is a lot of space. The kitchen is very complete so I felt at home. Also important for us is the good quality of the beds. In the beautiful garden there is a heated poolto relax and play.
