Our house is the ideal place to make the most of your holiday with family or friends. Here you can relax in the peace and quiet of the enclosed garden surrounded by trees, by the swimming pool or in the shade of the covered terrace, unless you fancy a game of pétanque on the boules pitch.
The house sleeps 8 people.
It has 4 bedrooms, two shower rooms with toilets and a separate toilet.
One of the bedrooms has its own entrance with shower room and toilet, and is air-conditioned.
A large living room overlooking the swimming pool with lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen forms the centrepiece of the house. It offers plenty of space for socialising.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, ice maker and all the crockery and cutlery you need.
The house also has a covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals outside, sheltered from the sun. There is also a barbecue area.
There are sun loungers and parasols, tables and chairs, and garden furniture around the swimming pool (which is secure).
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
Pets are welcome.

Notre maison se situe à 5 minutes en voiture du village mais vous pouvez vous y rendre à pied en 15-20 minutes.
Bargemon est village typique du Haut-var à mi-chemin entre mer et montagne. De nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants sont regroupés autour de sa place centrale. C'est un village animé avec de nombreuses activités, artisans, plusieurs musées et galeries de peintures.
Votre lieu de villégiature vous permettra de découvrir facilement tous les sites qui font la renommée de la région. Les plages Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud, Grasse, les vignobles de Provence...se trouvent à moins d'une heure de route.
De nombreuses activités sportives se pratiquent dans les alentours (randonnées, canyoning, rafting, tennis, golf...)
La maison peut être louée toute l'année avec une période minimum de 5 nuitées.
L'électricité est comprise dans le tarif du 1er avril au 31 octobre.
Pour les mois de novembre à mars la consommation est en supplément avec relevé du compteur à l'arrivée et au départ des locataires. Le paiement s'effectuera le jour du départ (0.50 euros le kw).
