Summary: Great view and location, just 40 minutes from DC. Pleasant deck looking over the Bay, immediate access to the boardwalk, a few minutes walk from Brownie's Beach, and just a few more to town/grocery/train museum. The house could use a few more plate settings, but otherwise we all enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The home was comfortable and inviting!! It was clean. Check in was easy with a keypad lock with a simple code- no keys to worry about. The beds were comfy as were the pillows. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper. There were plenty of relaxing places inside and out. The manager was efficient with answering any questions. The house is set up for a beautiful view of the sunrise. You can view it from the inside from ceiling to floor windows in the living room or huge windows in the master bedroom. Even better, there is a deck with comfortable sitting area!! It’s worth getting up early!! In the evening we enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the easy to use fire pit. We had a great time with friends and family and catching up with life.

Summary: House was perfect for a myself and a few family members to stay at while attending a friends wedding. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. If I am ever back in Chesapeake Beach I’ll look to book this house again.

Summary: Our family had a great time at "Morning Promise" in Chesapeake Beach. First and foremost... the view at this home is breathtaking. Photos don't even do it justice! We were curious whether Chesapeake Beach, just an hour from DC, could really feel like we were on vacation...well, with that view every day, we certainly felt like we were on vacation! We had a great time. In addition to the excellent view, the home is situated close to many attractions. We visited Brownies Beach, North Beach, the boardwalk, the water park, Breezy Point Beach, and Rod and Reel resort/casino. Our family was made up of my wife and I, our youngsters (3 year old and 4 month old) and my senior parents. We were all entertained at this location. While we spent most of our days exploring the nearby beaches, as well as shops in North Beach, the house itself was flush with amenities. We enjoyed using the firepit on the porch, watching the NBA Finals on the 75" TV, and eating crabs while gazing out over the water. Further, Karlton was a friendly and accommodating host, and provided our family with recommendations throughout the week, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this home! It won't dissapoint!

Summary: Amazing upscale home. Spacious with deluxe furnishings, and million-dollar views everywhere. The deck was especially awesome with grill, firepit, sturdy swivel/rocking chairs and sofa with very comfortable cushions. Large kitchen with plenty of counter space and cabinets. A sunrise walk on the adjacent boardwalk was inspiring. We loved our three day stay. Definitely want to return!

Summary: The house exceeded our expectations! The deck is wonderful as it sits right on Chesapeake Bay. The rooms are well appointed, with lovely views. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room for each to have a little privacy when needed. It's in close proximity to DC, making it easy to tour the DC sites and museums. The Chesson's were very accommodating and responsive. We had a lovely time and highly recommend this property!

Summary: We spent a week enjoying this wonderful home and it’s amazing view on the western shore of the Chesapeake. Very open and updated floor plan, comfortable furnishings and what a master suite! As a morning person I loved watching the sunrise then heading out for my morning walk on the boardwalk. Karlton was great to work with!
