The Town of North Beach is 2 miles away with the famous boardwalk, public beach, shops, first Friday farmers' market, etc. Chesapeake Beach is just a few miles more with The Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa, restaurants, grocery, library, railway museum, etc. Annapolis is 45 minutes away and Washington, DC is within 1 hour. The house is all on one floor . Both bathrooms are upgraded with handicap rails. Oversized living room, large dining room and kitchen with an eat in table for watching the birds from the bay window. Plenty of room for a large group to enjoy the comfort of this custom built home. Nice to walk and enjoy nature while spending family time. We have a weekly special with pricing at $225 a night!

Summary: The property was just as listed and provided all the amenities needed. Beautifully decorated and very homey. The master bed is a bit hard to get into due to its height but very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Summary: We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect house for our needs. It was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The communications with the property manager were easy and helpful—and they even helped us scoot into the house early to get ready for our wedding rehearsal. Highly recommend!

Summary: We came to North Beach for an unexpected funeral. We were able to stay at Dawn's place and it totally met our expectations! Two couples and a sister and nephew. Loved the back porch were we able to gather and told fun old family stories! The house was perfect for our needs!

Summary: This lovely home with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating offered everything we needed and was just a few blocks from the kids' sailing camp. Memorializing the beloved parents/grandparents whose home it was, this rental was well beyond our expectations. Truly lovely.

Summary: If you’re looking for fancy fancy, this is not the place. If you’re looking for a wonderful house, full of memories and good vibes, this is definitely your place. We stayed with our family and kept our boat at Herrington Harbour and just had the best time I will definitely be staying there again this summer. I’m passing this on to all of my family. A hidden gem.
