Summary: I fell in love with this property. Not heavy populated. Everything that i needed was there. Place is super clean. Loved the view from my kitchen. I will definitely be back

Summary: The communication with the owner was top notch!! She was so responsive. Place is cute and clean! Being right on the bay was great! So nice to sit out with coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Would stay again.

Summary: If you like fishing this was the place, as we are not we used this a jumping point for Cape May and Wildwood, comfortable accommodations clean and beautiful vistas….if like a super secluded beach, a quaint local gift shop and a 4star seafood restaurant next door then Downe is your style. Pack the bug spray but with it it’s wonderful quiet get away.

Summary: Two seniors wanting a short getaway just to relax and leave the madness. Our house was the perfect size clean, quiet, and comfortable. We sat on the deck fished a little but more-or-less enjoyed watching the boats and turtles passing. Beautiful sunsets. People we met were very sociable. The only negative side was the flies. We did go prepared because our host did warn us. Did not regret choosing this place.

Summary: This is the second time staying at the property. The host was terrific answering within minutes when asked questions. My family enjoyed it tremendously. Being able to sit out on the deck and enjoy the scenery. The best part is fishing right from the deck.

Summary: Last minute switch of "unit" did not change too much for what we signed up for. Place had everything we needed and the view could not have been better. Master bed is really high...tough to get into bed. 2nd bedroom is really small...tough to use trundle bed for 2 adults. Internet was spotty at times. The porch on the original unit would have been really great, as the porch on this unit did not provide much other than an entrance. BUT overall, this was the perfect getaway with the family for Thanksgiving. We were able to cook and bake and enjoy the time together. Waking up to the view and watching the sunsets were truly highlights!

Summary: Just as advertised. The deck is great ,you are right on the bay. Wonderful to sit out in the morning and evening. Although bug spray is a must at night. We had a great time and would surely consider booking again.
