On Mill Creek, just minutes from Solomon's Island and 60 miles from DC, this home features a big dock with deepwater access, a double deck for cocktailing and a wall of windows that let the light pour in. Extensive rehab of kitchen and baths; fresh paint throughout. Fully-outfitted with kayaks, crab traps and steamer pots, dozens of outdoor chairs and amenities that will make any respite or reunion special. House sleeps 9 with little trouble.
