Summary: This was indeed a charming property. We were intrigued by the rustic exterior, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely, comfortable interior. It was a pleasure to be out of the downtown Ashland traffic and noise, yet it was so easy to get there when we wanted to. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This is a nicely refinished farm outbuilding. If you want a fancy rental this might not suit you. We found it charming and comfortable. It has separate living area and bed room and bathroom. Comfortable chairs, large tv, nicely decorated in western motifs. Felt like a home away from home. We will return if we stay in Ashland again.

Summary: We loved the space (so many clever uses of space, farm artifacts, and whimsical furniture)!! It was so comfortable and clean. Our only regret was coming in late and leaving early in the morning....we didn't get to explore and spend more time there.

Summary: The owners put a lot of thought into details for a guest’s stay. It’s a lovely place to stay for a visit to Ashland. I liked that it was away from downtown by a short drive. As a matter of personal taste, the mattress/bed frame was soft for me, and the pillows could be upgraded. Everything else was spot on!

Summary: The cottage was adorable, clean and in a convenient location. The host was easy to commicate with and kind. The ac was really nice on a hot summer day. Well appointed unit with everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Summary: Place was excellent! We would stay there again. In fact, we hope to next time we’re in the area. Hosts were great! A nice touch for me was that it was even furnished with an acoustic guitar, as I am a musician. Place was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended. Don and Karen

Summary: We chose this property because it was a private, quiet option, and that was very much the case. The cottage was also very comfortable, spacious, and had lots of character. The big bonus were the three friendly donkeys in a fenced area nearby.

Summary: We stayed at the cottage and loved the location, the furnishings and the friendly hosts. This is right off the freeway, but you can barely hear traffic noises and it definitely did not disturb us at all. Cute donkeys are just outside your door here and the plaza and theatres in Ashland is about an 8 minute drive.
