This house is our home when not rented, we leave some of our belongings in taped closets. and in the garage It does have the feeling of a bed and breakfast but without the owners in it :) We welcome respectful visitors who will treat the place like if it was their own. We are open to small intimate gatherings as long as it is disclosed before the backyard is perfect for it.
Biscayne Park is a in a quaint friendly neighborhood established in the 1930's. Most streets have medians and are tree-lined with oaks, mangoes and banyan trees, perfect for walks and bike rides.

Summary: We had an excellent time here. The location was great and felt very private and in a quiet naturelike setting. Enjoyed the pool and the parrots that flew by everyday. Owner and the administrator if the property were very communicative and made us feel welcomed. I would recommend this property.

Summary: Was a lovely home with plenty of room. Great for family with young children with pool, awesome tree house and able to prepare meals and eat inside and out. Location good for airport and getting to beach and downtown museums.

Summary: We were looking for a place with privacy where we could hang out at the pool without seeing anyone else. Kathrine's place is just that. Totally private and cozy, but close to various neighborhoods around Miami that we wanted to visit.

Summary: My family and kids stayed here for about 10 days over the Christmas holidays. It was the delightful house. The pool was great and the owners even had set up a Christmas tree would definitely stay again if visiting Miami.

Summary: Kathrine house was amazing! The check in process was simple and easy she even called me before my stay to make sure everything was set and perfect for our arrival. We had a walk thru of the house to insure we had everything we needed and knew how to work everything properly. The house is beautiful you do not feel like your in a big city the outdoor and pool area is breathtaking. Would highly recommend this home!!! 5starts!!!!

Summary: Katherine was there when we arrived to greet us and give us orientation to the house. That was a nice personal touch. It is a lovely home and we were very happy to have safe place to enjoy our vacation away from the busy hotels and South Beach. The pool was perfect temperature and we enjoyed the family movie night on the projector. The beach was a short drive away and it was not crowded so we could enjoy the beach safely with COVID. We were close to everything so we got take out from delicious restaurants in Aventura, Brickell, South Beach Miami, and Hollywood. We enjoyed eating on the beautiful handmade (by the family themselves) acrylic table by the pool. We are grateful to the Gasc family for welcoming us into their home for the week. Thank you for everything!

Summary: A tranquil home away from home. The property was equip with everything that week needed. We had ample entertainment between the pool, tree house, and movie screen. Very relaxing aura throughout the entire house. The hosts stayed in touch with us throughout the trip and checked in to make sure everything was well, although most questions we may have had were in their home manual. Location was convenient as we were close to Sunny Isles. Highly recommend this property.
