Summary: The only problem we had was at the check in I booked this room in my husband’s name Jorge. And we paid with his credit card. Even tho he had your email confirming his reservation in his name. They made him wait for an hr and was not going to let him check in. And wanted to double charge him. He did get them to agree to the booking we made with hotel. Com. From that point on it was perfect.

Summary: Great location, beautiful presentation - it looks comfortable and welcoming right on entry. On-site restaurant (Vista 18) had excellent food. Service was extremely friendly. The only thing that was a bit irritating was the blinds in the room. They provide enough coverage for privacy but they don't provide full coverage of the window so do not work to black out light. The main reason for this is that coverage is achieved with two separate blackout blinds and it is the space needed for the equipment to raise and lower the blinds that creates the gap. Installation of some curtains would resolve the issue, or having a single blind that covers the whole set of windows.
