Positive: The condo was very clean and in a brilliant location. Key collection and drop off was easy.
Negative: It would have been good to have a chest of drawers in each bedroom for storage of clothes but not a dealbreaker.

Positive: This was a perfect location to explore the harbour and surrounding area. We walked to everything. Coffee in the morning on the shaded deck with a view of the harbour and mountains was a great way to start the day. The condo was probably the best equipped we have ever rented plus it was decorated beautifully. Parking lot space was spacious and handy to elevator with easy side street access. Contact with Ken and Jodi was professional and instant. They were patient and quickly reactive. I wish we had stayed longer!

Positive: We loved the fantastic location and panoramic view, wrap-around balcony, and beautiful interior. The owner was communicative regarding the facilities and access. Our lovely accommodations played a big part in our great stay in Victoria. The Empress Hotel and Parliament Building, harbor, ferry dock, shopping and numerous dining venues were all within minutes by walking short distances and basically flat, so no steep hill climbs.
Negative: The master bath fan did not operate, but I'm sure the owner will address that right away. Hall bath ceiling lights were dim so a higher wattage of LED's would be helpful. These are the only reasons we rated the facilities with a "9" instead of 10.
Summary: The condo and Victoria did not disappoint!

Positive: Incredible view and decorated so lovely!! Awesome location too with great parking.
Negative: A few incredibly minor things like poor water pressure/leaking showers, difficulty getting into building, and a busted burner on the stove but they really did put a lot of thought into little things.
Summary: Great stay and very lovely, warm space. Would absolutely stay here again. Would love to see more water pressure, rugs at

Positive: It was just lovely. It didn’t feel like we were trespassing someone’s personal home but there were lots of high end details that made it much warmer than a hotel. We are hoping to stay here again soon! Great hosts and an exceptionally beautiful and gracious property. We absolutely loved it!
