Summary: This property was absolutely ideal for our late fall vacation getaway! Charming and warm two bedroom, two bathroom with full kitchen and patio. The location was centrally located to beach, shops and restaurants and so convenient. Great host, welcoming and friendly! We would highly recommend and stay here again!

Summary: We spent 5 days in beautiful Chatham. Condo was as described. I a lovely neighborhood ideal for taking long walks. Dining options in Chatham were excellent. Would definitely consider going back!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment has a very cozy, nautical-homey feel to it and is clean. We felt comfortable immediately. The bed and bedsheets are so soft and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Our stay in Chatham was wonderful - the listing was exactly what we encountered. The location was perfect - out of the fray of downtown, but just a short drive in. The walk down to the private each was beautiful. The condo was extremely clean, and perfectly appointed for cooking meals in. And the beds were incredibly comfortable.we would definitely like to stay here again.

Summary: The condo was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed being down the road from just about everything we needed or wanted to do. Kathryn was helpful with suggestions about the area and things to do, as well as being quick to respond to any communication.

Summary: The place is clean and well stocked, the provided beach chairs were a plus even though we didn’t get a chance to use. I dont believe the listing states that the entire condo is upstairs so climbing a flight of stairs with luggage is necessary (we dont really have the backs for that), its located above a closed dental office in a business complex , which we did feel was strange, especially since its not mentioned in listing. its also not a traffic safe walk to the beach, i would suggest drive. We had a few issues but owners were on top of it.
