On over two acres of Oceanfront, 'Bayberry and Seadaisy Cottages at Ridgevale Beach face the temperate waters of Nantucket Sound. It is ideally situated at Ridgevale Beach and the mouth of 'Buck's Creek' a beautiful tidal estuary offering great swimming, boating, and shellfishing, as well as spectacular views. Shorebirds, from tiny Sanderlings to the Great Blue Heron, are frequent visitors. The Sundeck provides a relaxing spot for enjoying it all.
Inside, each window frames a portrait of open ocean, river, or salt marsh. The cottage is heated, and comfortably furnished with fireplaced living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms, and bath. SMART CABLE TV, WIRELESS INTERNET, AIR CONDITIONING and outdoor gas grills and KAYAKS are also provided. In addition, the cottage has a private outdoor shower, a simple and delicious pleasure after a day on the beach.
We are open year round, and between November and March, are treated to fantastic ocean sunsets! For summertime, reservations are necessary well in advance. The cottages are rented out by the week from Saturday to Saturday from June to the end of September. In the quieter off-seasons, we can often accommodate guests on short notice.

Summary: This seaside cottage was perfect for our mother/daughter’s trip! Scott and Ann’s hospitality was over the top. The location and views can’t be beat. We loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs and walking on the beach. You can stop your search now and book this cottage before it’s gone.

Summary: Everything was perfect, I wish we could have stayed longer. The cottage was supplied with everything we needed. It was a perfect getaway to reconnect and have some much needed family time. Summary: This is the second time we've stayed at the cottage. The location and views are spectacular. Right on the beach so you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Close to shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to coming back in the fall.Scott was a gracious host. He communicated with us before the visit, had helpful tips when we arrived, and checked in during our stay.

Summary: I cannot say enough about the location of this rental. Right on the beach, with gorgeous sunsets every night. And the proximity to downtown Chatham is great. The house is cozy, and has everything you might need for a longer stay. The owner was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, and periodically checked in with us to see if we needed anything. It was a bit chilly in April, and the extra blankets came in handy. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Summary: My wife, young kids and I had an absolute blast staying at Scott’s place. Fantastic set up having a great beach right there. Perfect for traveling with kids. Great location just a few minutes from downtown Chatham. Scott was super helpful from check in to check out. He had great recommendations on where to go and what to do. We will look to make this an annual trip.
