Summary: We always have a great stay at Chatrium. Staff always take good care of their guests. This time I think the housekeeping deserves the praise the most. They are always helpful and attentive to our request. The greeter and the staff at the roof top bar were also lovely. We had a great time there. On the other hand, the staff at breakfast restaurant need some training though. They did put other people at our table. Twice a waitress tried to take the plate away from me while I still had food on my plate. I am not sure why they’re so hurried. The gym needs some improvement. My husband said it was not well-maintained and the equipment was missing.

Summary: Amazing stay and amazing place. Location is superb. View is out of this world. Super friendly staff. Gave superb upgrade (membership). Most solid 10/10 this year. We will be back.

Summary: We booked 2 rooms for this stay and also being a returning customer i was not expecting this. One of the rooms was ready whilst mine had to wait for more than 2 hours to check in. The rooms are great though. It is huge and although not adjoining it was "connected" by the balcony. The breakfast spread is great. Better than the previous stay. We thought the ferry to Icon Siam is complimentary but was told that we had to pay a fee to bring us over to Icon Siam. Anyway, the stay is as always, very pleasant. I would be going back to stay even with these little set-backs. Location of the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit although you can get connected via the BTS Thanksin Station.

Summary: Second time staying at the Chatrium, another excellent experience. Upgraded upon arrival due to Hotel.com status, superb suite on upper floors. Bags taken to room from taxi and shown around suite by staff. Attention to detail is noticeable in all aspects. Fabulous pool overlooking river, wonderful shower and bed quality, slept well. Air conditioning great, also WiFi. Breakfast buffet can be busy but plenty of options, freshly made food of good quality. Often see Hotel manager observing which is reassuring. 7eleven five mins walk, laundry service at end of road which is cheap and they’ll deliver your clothes back to hotel. Shuttle boat to Taksin pier and onto Icon Siam. I find the chatrium a tranquil, enjoyable stay just far enough from the noise of central bangkok. Plenty of food options in walking distance but a ten min walk if you don’t take river shuttle to catch transit. Taxis cheap and Uber always available. Staff are happy and professional, always happy to help. Looking forward to a longer stay next time. Fabulous value for what I paid.
