Positive: Staffs are so kind and friendly. The pleace is really clean and good location(Main train lines run at the station near the place but you have to work about 10mins). If you want to lower your travel expenses while staying at a place that offers great value for money, this is the perfect choice.

Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Acton Town tube station, in a very quiet neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The room was spotless and had a lovely fresh scent. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned every other day. The host was incredibly friendly and always available via WhatsApp.
Negative: However, I found the bed for two people to be quite narrow, and the bathroom sink was extremely small, making it difficult to wash without splashing water on the floor

Positive: The accommodation was great, use of all facilities, full kitchen, washing machine and a cute room with daily towels and a change in linen for an extended stay.
Negative: Didn't have any issues. Really enjoyed it and would gladly return. Warm with only one fan but can't be helped in a London summer.

Positive: The location was vr8lliabt. The ease of getting into the flat. And the staff replaced the duvet/towels everyday while we were staying at the guest house. And the internet was exceptional too.
Negative: Nothing I could honestly say that I disliked about the room. Just that it was brilliant

Positive: Great location - a short 10 minute walk to Acton Town station for links to Central London. At short notice I needed to reduce my stay from 4 to 3 nights - this request was completed promptly by CWGH which I appreciated. I had an enjoyable stay, a comfortable bed and hot tea/ coffee refreshments. The room was clean, and adjacent to a communal kitchen if you are in need of heating a meal or storing cold drinks. Chatsworth Guest House communicated access well on arrival. Recommended for a short stay
Negative: I was situated on the ground floor. The floorboards above me were quite thin and so you can hear loud footsteps from the guest above. With the property being close to a hospital/ police station, hearing sirens are common but it’s manageable

Positive: We really liked that the room itself was well designed, we had everything we needed, even more. It was clean, bed was very comfy, more on the hard side of the scale, we don't like bland and jumpy beds, so we felt awesome there, the bedding was just great, not too little not too much. One part of the room is divided by false wall and transformed into small bathroom which is really a great design, it has everything you need. There's quite a lot of storage space in the room which we didn't need, the high armchairs are super comfy. What we didn't expect but we found that in each of our accommodations in London was the kettle in the room with two cups and with free tea and coffee, that was really great to have because we arrived wet and cold and cup of hot coffee was everything we needed ❤️ check -in and check -out very easy, well explained, staff was very helpful. We loved the location, Acton Town is beautiful, clean and calm, there's train station just a few minutes from the accommodation, everything about our stay was perfect. Thanks a lot ❤️
