Some of the wonderful amenities included are streaming TV, Wi-Fi, blue ray player, large screen TVs, a wood burning fireplace, huge hot tub, walk-in showers with dual shower heads and river pebbles that doubles as a foot massage for the ultimate shower experience. There’s also a soaking tub for those needed private moments.
Wheelchair accessible to the main floor that features a living room with a stone wood burning fireplace as the focal point and plenty of seating overlooking the calm waters of the lake and private dock and surrounding mountains.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to have a chef’s cooking experience. Granite counter tops with seating to share family conversations while preparing your favorite food or beverages before heading to the large front porch. There, you can relax with a view of the lake with plenty of seating and a gas grill.
On the main floor Chatuge Fish Retreat offers a king size bed in the master suite with a sitting area and full walk-in shower. On the lower floor there is a 2nd suite with a king sized bed and walk-in shower. The bedroom also has direct access to the hot tub and tranquil gardens. There’s also a bedroom with a queen bed and another with a twin/full-size bunk for the younger guests to enjoy.
The cabin has a wall of windows for those quiet, peaceful, chilly nights so you can relax and gaze at the stars from the comfort of the living room and a warm fire. The homeowners have thought of everything in this beautiful retreat. The hot tub is privately situated in the lower deck and we know you will find it soothing and inviting after a long day of shopping and adventure. Next to the hot tub, there is a table with plenty chairs for table games.
Family nights on the water, in the front yard or in the hot tub area are all great ways to create wonderful memories while melting the stress away. Also, don’t forget the little barking member of your family because he/she is welcome, too!
Private Dock: Feel free to bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards and fishing gear to enjoy all outdoor water activities. The fishing is amazing and swimmers are welcome.

Summary: The kitchen was not clean. The drawers had crumbs and dirt. Dishes needed to be cleaned I called the property manager about wifi and refrigerator and my call was never returned. Nice house but for the size, there was not enough dishes and silverware

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time with family. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas tree and decorations around the fireplace. It really added to our stay, so thank you for that. The home was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. My only recommendation would be to do some deep cleaning in and around the property. The lake view was a nice treat while enjoying my morning coffee.

Summary: There were many very nice things about this cabin--the bedrooms and bathrooms were especially comfortable, clean and roomy! It had easy access from the driveway, since my mom has a hard time with stairs, this was helpful. The living area was somewhat smaller than we expected from the pics, and there was only the one room for gathering. But it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was our biggest challenge, since we stayed over Thanksgiving, and made the full feast. Most people would probably not find any problems, so keep that in mind. It was just very small, and the lighting was especially bad in the kitchen! There needed to be many more lights available in all the common areas, but this was the most problematic for us. The other issue was the heater in the basement--it blew cold air. Once we switched it to "Auxiliary Heat," it worked much better. Also, in the description of the house, they encourage you to bring your boat because they have a dock...this is true, and we enjoyed using it! But be aware that you cannot bring the boat trailer back to the cabin once you have off loaded the boat at the ramp. The driveway is very short, but steep with a curve. Good news is that it is pavement underneath, so no worries with cars or other vehicles, but there is limited parking as well. You will need to arrange storage for your trailer! (Something that made the first night a bit hectic for us--though we did find the marina had options to store it for us.)

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. However, the condition of the deck and dock left a lot to be desired. There were several safety hazards present. Luckily, we don’t have small children. While the inside was redone, some of the work was not what I would consider “complete”. There are areas where painting seems to have been forgotten. It was still a great location and nice weekend get away!

Summary: This is a great house and location for our family looking for lake fun and relaxation. The dock is amazing; the porch was lovely; and the driveway is daunting. Our young adult children loved the privacy of the bedrooms in the basement. We all loved being able to bring our dog. We also loved the easy access to nearby restaurants and breweries, as well as great hiking.

Summary: A great place to visit, not far from everything. I needed some much needed peace and quite from home and this place was the solution. Quite, peaceful and so calming. It is a place that you not not need to pick up your phone every 10 minutes. I will going back. I absolutely will be staying there again. Thank you so much for the experience.
