Just minutes away from lots of shops, restaurants, and the Southern Tier Brewery! This 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath, lakefront house is the perfect spot to relax with family and enjoy Chautauqua Lake! One mile to grocery stores, Starbucks, the mall, several restaurants, and Historic Lakewood. About 30 minutes to the Chautauqua Wine Trail with lots of vineyards and wine tastings. Also 15 minutes from Bemus Point and 25 from the Chautauqua Institute. There is so much to do here but if you just want to kick back and relax it is the perfect spot for that too!

Summary: This was the perfect place to spend a relaxing week with the family at Chautauqua Lake. The house was clean, roomy and comfortable with stores nearby for your convenience. The views from the spacious decks were gorgeous and the pier made it easy to have fun using the paddle boards provided. The hosts couldn’t have been more responsive and accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this choice.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful stay! We couldn't have asked for a better place! In addition to being right on the water, with a dock, the house was roomy, comfortable & spotless! We loved the large decks & cooked out on the grill. We had so much fun on the paddle boards (& lots of laughs, too)! It was nice having 4 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. Becky is an awesome hostess and very responsive. We had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay! We loved the beautiful views, especially the sunsets! Breathtaking! It was a fun getaway and I would highly recommend this place! Convenient location - close to Wegmans, Target & Tops. You won't be disappointed if you stay here! Thank you, Becky!!

Summary: Our stay in Becky’s home was wonderful. The views of the lake and sunsets were breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for 6 adults. Becky was quick to answer any questions that I had. Thank you for allowing us to stay there. We hope to go back again someday!

Summary: House views are amazing and peaceful. We thought it was a great location too. Convenient to everything and house had everything we needed. We took walks in morning over to Harbor Creek Hotel area, lighthouse and Lucille Ball park. Easy to travel to Bemis area and parks. Even with not so great weather on Friday we found a lot of things to do. Saturday we rented a pontoon from The Boatworks LLC in Bemis and Bernie was great to work with. Highly recommend him as well if you are planning on renting a boat.

Summary: My husband along with my sister and her husband came up to see my son play in the Chautauqua Institution symphony orchestra. We saw two concerts which were excellent plus had a beautiful scenic place to stay! There is also a lot of interesting things to do like visiting Lucille Ball's grave, her home, and museum. Also it's close to lake Erie. Lake living is a wonderful and relaxing way to reconnect with family and friends. We had a great time and are looking forward to next year!

Summary: Perfect, quiet lakefront getaway. Very clean, albeit dated with small beds, but perfect for our group of 7 adults. Very responsive host. The water was algae laden for swimming, but perfect for provided paddle boards and kayak we brought.

Summary: Our second time staying here and it felt like we’ve been coming for years! It is such a comfortable home, with an outstanding view ( especially from the second floor deck- my personal favorite!) and peaceful neighborhood. So looking forward to our next stay!

Summary: The week was fun despite chilly, overcast weather. Overall, high marks for the house, however we've rented others on the lake and have had access to kayaks, floats and a washer and dryer. I blame myself for not checking about these things. Best wishes, Sara

Summary: My husband and I and our two adult children were in much need of an escape, and chose this property because the pictures showed a home that provided exactly what we needed- rooms with bigger beds, lakefront location with an unobstructed view of Lake Chautauqua, and outdoor seating. This home was that and so much more! Clean, comfortable, roomy and with plenty of small touches throughout that made this so homey! Becky was kind, helpful, and responsive. We loved staying here and will most likely return next year!
