Our spacious and sunny one bedroom, one bathroom duplex sleeps 4, and is conveniently located in the quiet neighborhood of South Minneapolis, just 10-15 minutes away from the airport, Mall of America, Uptown & Downtown. See why Minneapolis' big city attractions and small city charm make it so beloved to the people who live and visit here. We're looking forward to hosting you!
Whether you are just getting away for the weekend or looking for an extended stay, the house is fully equipped with all the necessities. The duplex features beautiful hardwood floors, with a sunny living room featuring a 43" Roku TV, setup with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and an unbelievable Apple TV library of over 450 titles. The pull-out queen size sofa sleeps two. Our kitchen is equipped with newer stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and granite countertops. The luxurious bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, ample closet space and the same Roku TV as the living room. Our wifi won't keep you waiting, with extremely fast Fiber Internet for all your streaming and downloading needs. Our private laundry is located in the lower level of the duplex, and there's even one car garage parking for your car.
Start your journey outdoors a few blocks away at popular Minnehaha Creek, which includes miles of biking and walking trails, leading to the beautiful Lake Nokomis and Lake Hiawatha. On your way there, be sure to stop by Heathers, a trendy local restaurant for a delicious cup of Chai Latte or a Hale Burger. A little further down the street is the local shopping hub 48th & Chicago, packed with shopping and dining, including Turtle Bread Company, Town Hall Tap and the local staple Herbie Butchers Fried Chicken – get in early to avoid a line!
