3 Bedroom House in Loveland

Great location, 3 bedroom, 2 bath brick ranch home close to shopping, parks, golf courses, and in walking distance to Lake Loveland. The main level has the primary bedroom with en suite and two more bedrooms that share a full hall bath. There's is a large living room and a big eat-in kitchen. Large basement has a rec area with a game table and fireplace plus a big comfy leather sectional and 55 inch smart TV. A separate laundry room is off the rec room. There is a covered lighted patio, nice front porch & 2-car garage.
This house is in a quiet neighborhood that is well kept. The neighbors keep to themselves. There is plenty of off street parking, plus full access to the two car garage. The management of the property is directly with the owners and so you will not be dealing with a property management organization. We take pride in our quick responses and care and up keep of this house. We know you will be very comfortable here.
There is easy access to Hwy 34 which will take you west to Estes Park in about 40 minutes which will put you in the heart of Rocky Mountain National Park. Hwy 34 will also take you to Hwy 287 where you can go south to Berthoud or Boulder or north to Fort Collins. We are about a 5 minute drive to downtown Loveland where you can enjoy wonderful family owned restaurants and shops. Lots to do in this beautiful city.

Summary: This property has everything we needed and then some. I wish I could give the host a 6 star review because she was so accommodating and communicative. For those visiting CSU, it's a straight shot. Very easy to get there.

Summary: We stayed in Loveland at this VRBO while attending a family event in Estes Park. We found the house exactly as described. It was a lovely house in a very nice neighborhood. The use of the garage and garage door opener was an added bonus for us. The owners were responsive and left a treat basket along with a few complimentary drinks in the refrigerator. It would be comfortable for a longer stay as well! We would definitely rent this location again!
